As a family portrait photographer I specialise in fun, fresh and informal portraits of all ages from maternity, newborn and young babies to grandmas and everything in between!
Portrait sessions can be taken either in the studio or on location – I live just outside reading in Berkshire and can easily cover Surrey and Hampshire. However with the British climate the studio is a lot more predictable especially if you are having trouble coordinating a date!
I capture the true nature of people and the results are much more dynamic and alive. They are personal pieces of art that you or your children are part of and something that you’ll feel proud to show off and take pride of place in the house. They are also much more fun to participate in!
I’m used to photographing kids of all ages so don’t worry if your child is a bit shy, they’ll have a great time. Often at the end of the session they’ll want to do it again!

Who can you photograph as a family portrait photographer?
The studio is not huge, but I can cater for up to 12-14 people, if you’ve got multiple generations I’ll start with everybody and then we can split off into whatever groups you’d like, i.e. kids, grand children and siblings. There are some examples of multiple groups in my portrait gallery.
Pets can be important members of the family, luckily I’m a flexible family portrait photographer so dogs can also be catered for but there is a limit to what you can photograph with a whole family and a dog so I’ll do a few shots with the dog and then concentrate on the family and your kids.
I’ve photographed everything from –4 weeks (a maternity portrait session), newborn babies, toddlers, Teenage photo shoot and all the way through to 90 years old.
