Here you can see some examples of my work as a wedding photographer and in particular Sindlesham Court wedding photos.
It’s a beautiful grade 2 listed building set in its own large grounds, originally known as Sindlesham Lodge with the main building being constructed as far back as the late 1700’s. It’s recently been renovated making Sindlesham Court one of Berkshire’s most romantic wedding venues.

Here is a slideshow of a recent wedding where I was the wedding photographer, it gives you feel for the venue and also my style of wedding photography.
Set in a delightfully peaceful and rural setting, it’s just a few miles from the centre of Reading and Wokingham and Sindlesham Court is easily accessed from motorway and public transport facilities.
Before World War II it was owned by a Mrs Smith, a relative of Lady Astor and it was subsequently requisitioned for use during the war by Miles Aircraft of Woodley as a hostel and training school for female employees.
Sindlesham Court – A unique civil wedding venue.
After the war it was sold and became a Jesuit Training College. At this time the building was considerably extended and in 1964 The Berkshire was added with its unique vaulted ceiling and minstrels’ gallery which you can see on the left, it makes a stunning backdrop for wedding photography. Ceremonies at Sindlesham Court take place in “The Berkshire” which, whilst non-religious, lends itself to the solemnity and importance of the vows you will be taking, with seating up to 300, and right next door to The Flavell Banqueting suite. I think it’s a very unique venue for a civil wedding and has some really beautiful grounds and architecture for wedding photography.
Sindlesham Court ’s catering is widely acknowledged as being of the highest standard. The team of in-house chefs work in a state-of–the-art kitchen, which has been recently refitted and voted one of the UK’s top three new kitchens in 2005 by an independent panel of judges.
